Dani was injured in a mountain biking accident at Angel Fire Bike Park on Sunday, June 17, 2018. She was airlifted from Taos Hospital to the UNM Medical Neuroscience center in Albuquerque, NM. After 3 weeks in UNM she was then medi-flighted to St. David's in Austin where she spent the next 6 weeks.
