Mom/grandma/Shirley was diagnosed with diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) on January 23, 2018. There was no time to waste in getting started on chemotherapy. She started treatment on January 31, 2018 with RCHOP, a 5 drug combination chemo that we pray will beat this cancer. The chemo will be given 1 day every 3 weeks for a series of 6 treatments, as long as her blood counts remain adequate and she is able to tolerate the side effects of the medication. So far, so good!!!
