Sherrie wishes everyone to use this site to get updates as she cannot handle repeating everything. She will continue to teach and try and keep life as normal as possible. She will contact her Aunt Anita who has been charged with keeping you all informed of her status and needs.

What is going on. In June Sherrie found a lump. Went to see her doctor who sent her for a mammogram. Mammogram showed area to be checked. Biopsy showed and aggressive cancer. Sherrie is strong and her body started fighting back right away. She started chemo early September and will be on a three week schedule, nest one being Sept. 21, followed by surgery in early December.
The first chemo really made her extremely tired and she was so thankful for the people who just showed up with food. This being said, all of you there in Colorado Springs she will need food the week after her next chemo session.
