Thank you for taking the time to view our family’s site. Our wife, mother, and grandmother Sheri was diagnosed with stage 3 pancreatic cancer in early January 2019 after some mysterious health issues.
Since that time, it has been a roller coaster of a ride not only for her but for all of us close to her. She is doing her best to remain positive and fight this beast but it is increasingly hard for her to do. Reminders from all of you out there that this IS worth fighting are greatly appreciated!!
All of us are doing our best to be there for her as well and help her thru the dark times that can come with dealing with this sort of news and/or situation. The emotional fallout cancer can cause has led all of us to band together and refuse to give up!!
Our priority with this site is to ask for prayers for recovery and to update people on the progress of treatments and such. But also for it to be a source of inspiration for all of us to refer to when times are tough so we can all continue to fight and keep positive. Knowing that there are so many people out there that support us thru this journey is humbling to say the least.
Of course, any funds any of you reading this can give for medical bills and/or living expenses is greatly appreciated. The insurance from Walmart is not adequate and Sheri has been out of work since November 2018. Medical bills are mounting up and the lack of income is impacting other areas of life as well.
