On August 13th 2019 Shelly went to united hospital for her scheduled surgery to reverse her colostomy. Things were well until Thursday morning. Shelly had lost her pulse, couldn't get a blood pressure reading and her heart dropped to under 30 beats a minute. They rushed her into emergency surgery, where they discovered internal bleeding. She had lost 2 liters or more of blood. They removed her spleen thinking that was the cause of the internal bleeding. During the surgery, we lost Shelly for 15-20 minutes. Doctors performed cpr and were able to resuscitate her. She is still unstable, but is making progress hour by hour. Please keep our mother Shelly in your prayers. Any donations will be greatly appreciated. Please keep the prayers and positive vibes coming to support Shelly, Bruce, and children.
