Sheila Marie

Hi friends & family, 

My niece, Sheila, is a strong, young lady who has never found life to be easy.

She came to Virginia with her dad when she was about 7 yrs old. Thanks to her dad, she escaped a horrid existence. She lived with me for a good deal of her life and from the foundation of her youth that we provided, she's tough as nails, independent as she can be, and a success in her career as an LPN. 

Sheila was recently diagnosed with cervical cancer. By the time it was finally discovered and diagnosed, it was too late for surgery at this time. The cancer had already moved to her lymph nodes. 

Sheila is proud and independent as she has had to be all of her life. She has 3 children, ranging in age from 3 yrs to 10 yrs old, but she'll do anything before she asks for a ride or ANY help from anyone. No one is an island, we all need some help occasionally and now, even though she would probably be the last to ask, Sheila needs our help. Now that she's starting her third week of chemo and radiation, her hair has begun to fall out. She's very weak, sick and discouraged. Let's all come together to show Sheila that we care about her and want her to fight this fight! 

Let's rally to her side and to her to recuperation. She'll have it from there.
