Hello family and friends. As you may or may not know, I have been having some medical issues lately. Friday night, we finally got a definitive answer from all the testing. I have colon cancer. I have a tumor/blockage in my left lower quadrant which is on my sigmoid colon that measures about 3 inches. The PET scan shows it has spread to some other areas. My surgeon is very Confident that we have more than a fighting chance to beat this. My surgery is scheduled for Wednesday, December 19th to remove the tumor. I then will meet with an oncologist during my hospital stay to plan our course of action. Many people are already asking how they can be of help and as of today we just don’t know, other than praying. Please pray for my family, the medical staff, Gods grace, mercy and healing! Someone will be sending out a meal train soon as well, so that is one way you can help in the future.
