Sharron is back in the hospital since Friday, she is having a lot of pain in her legs
So she has been on dialysis for about 3 months, since thanksgiving when she was in the hospital last time.... It started out good for about 3 weeks then she developed pain in her legs and it has been getting increasingly more painful daily
As most of you know Sharron is a balancing act with all of her health issues.
On Friday the home health nurse came out in the morning to check on her and she had large blisters on the back of her leg/kneecaps.... So she was advised to go to the E.R. instead of going to diyalisis
Denny took her to the e.r. and they gave her pain meds and where figuring out what to do with her, I joined him there at mercy and we waited to get her admitted
She could walk as of Friday, with her walker but in lots of pain to do so
Saturday, she was doing ok... Still trying to get pain under control, had diylasis went ok...did not do a full run on her
Sunday.... Denny called all us kids to go see her, because she was not doing well
Monday, she was hurting from pain and dialysis
Tuesday she was pretty out of it and lucid
Today she is also pretty out of it, they did finish dialysis
I am being totally honest here.... I don't think sharron is going to pull out of it this time unless she gets some crazy hail Mary of a miracle
We are waiting for test results for a biopsy procudere they did on her leg on Monday to see why she is having all of this pain in her thighs
They are looking to see if it is calciumanafalactic, some fancy word that I Probally did not spell right or say right, but basically if it is this( which we don't know yet) (( also I am not looking or asking for trouble and complications of this, just being a realist here)) she can get I.v. medicine after diylasis to try and break up the build up of the calcium, but it is painful and there is no guarantee
They also said it might just be bruising....but I argued with the kidney doctor stating she did not fall or injuries her self in any way for this to be just a bad bruise
I am trying to remain hopeful and optimistic
She could use all the prayers and good thoughts you can send her way, also pray for our family in this time of seeing a loved one go thru this
At this time she is really not able to talk on the phone, can have visitors.... She is at mercy hospital
