Hello all and thank you for visiting this site. A friend asked me to create this site so you can follow my progress. As most of you know, I had a hip replacement surgery on 7/25 which didn't go as planned. There were several complications and now I've learned that my new joint is infected. I am scheduled for surgery on Monday, October 3rd, where they will remove the hip joint and put in spacers. I will have 6 weeks of IV antibiotics. After 12 weeks post surgery #1 I'll have surgery #2 which is a new, new hip replacement. Either I or friends will be updating my progress. I am confident all will go well and I'll be hip hop dancing soon (pun intended), Thank you so much for your support!! Hugs and love, Sharon
