Sharon had colon cancer in early 2014 and until recently, all follow up tests were in the normal range.  Unfortunately,  cancer marker & liver enzyme #'s from her latest bloodwork were elevated.  A  scan was done which showed a mass in her liver.  A biopsy confirmed the colon cancer from 2014 has metastasized to the liver.  The size and location of the tumor presents challenges for treatment options.  In the meeting with the oncologist, he gave her 3-6 months to live.  Next they will consult with other medical professionals for a second opinion.  Please keep Sharon, Steve and Kelly in your prayers.  Updates will be posted when more information is available.
