Dear Friends & Family,

Four years ago I started down an unknown pathway named Aplastic Anemia.  I then crossed over to an avenue called Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS).
I am about to do a little mountain climbing with some slippery places and some beautiful scenery ahead.  I will be having extensive tests at OHSU the next two weeks in order to have a stem cell transplant.  I should enter the hospital for complete cell eradication about the third week in October.  The transplant will take place on the fifth day of admit.  My intent through this website is to keep loved ones informed and involved.  David, daughter Sherry and I will update this site as appropriate.    We are hoping that you will send your thoughts and messages, too.

Dave and I hold hands each morning repeating Psalms 118:24  “This is the day that the Lord has made.  Let us rejoice and be glad in it”.  Won’t you join us in making this verse important in your life too?

Love in Christ,

 Sharon Moore
