Welcome to Sharon's page! We have created this page to keep family and friends as up-to-date as possible without tiring our little fingers out texting each individual. Our adventure started in May with an unexpected and rare diagnosis of Stage 1b Ovarian Cancer. We quickly began the adventure that most call cancer. In mid to late May, she had a full hysterectomy and appendectomy to remove the cancer. From there we received great news of no cancer spread and we started down the road to recovery. We are so incredibly proud of her for her bravery, strength, and continued sassiness through a scary and difficult recovery. Now, more than a month and a half later, we are continuing to kick cancer's a** by completing chemo. We will continue chemo throughout the next few months, and as we do, please pray for a smooth process and to stay cancer free!!
