Seth Thuman

Seth is a 17 year old boy. He was diagnosed with brain cancer when he was 4 yrs old. anaplastic meningioma which is a malignant brain tumor, usually these are benign and found in older people.. These are not normally found in kids. this is why he is special. Seth has had 4 brain surgeries and a seizure surgery in the last 13 yrs. He has never had chemo, it does not help with his type of cancer. He had radiation done in 2005. Seth has had his pituitary gland damaged during his 2nd surgery. he is very small and has learning disabilities. he has diabetes insipudous, which affects your sodium levels in his body. Seth is a patient at St. Judes in Memphis , TN since 2004. He has traveled more than 30 times at  600 miles for visits, surgeries and so on. Seth lives with his father in Ohio. His mother passed away in 2014 from breast cancer. He has a older brother and sister and 2 nieces and 2 nephews which he adores.
