I have this site to keep family and friends updated to what's going on with me around my open heart surgery. I am having then surgery at the Mayo clinic hospital in Rochester Minnesota. For those that don't know I have a disease called Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy which means I have an enlarged heart. The outer layer of my heart thicking and causes me to have troubles walking very far and could kill me at an early age. We on Wednesday April 11th 2018 the doctors at the Mayo clinic will be taking my heart out and shaving my heart down. If all goes well my life should be longer and better.
