Scott Stacey

Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. 


Scott was in a skiing accident on Saturday. It appears that he hit a rock at high speeds and landed facedown in the snow unconscious. He was without proper airflow for up to an hour until he was found. He is currently at Deaconess Hospital in Bozeman, MT and his family is gathering around him. 


He has not had any neural response for two days. We are awaiting results of an MRI to see if there was any brain activity recorded, but the hospital staff is not optimistic. 


Scott was loved by many people all over the world, and we can’t  begin to know who they all are. Please forgive us if we did not know who to contact, I assure you we did not mean to leave anyone out.
