Raymond Scott Lynch (Scott to all his friends and family) was admitted to the hospital in late July, following a fall he had at home. Due to complications his health has rapidly deteriorated and after a short visit in the ICU, under Scott's guidance and request, he was placed on hospice on August 13th. Since moving to hospice he's thrived surrounded by the love and support of his children, grandchildren, family and friends. Unfortunately his health continues to deteriorate and his ultimate prognosis does not look good.
