Scott Goll Rogers was hospitalized with sudden and acute neck pain while visiting family on March 25, 2017. Subsequent scans and testing revealed a compression fracture of a neck vertebrae. Further testing also determined that the cause of the compromised vertebrae was the presence of Multiple Myeloma (MM). A neck brace has been required to stabilize the neck and allow for healing. Treatment of the MM has been a journey that has included radiation and chemo therapy, and is soon to include a stem cell (bone marrow) transplant to be conducted at the Knight Cancer Institute at OHSU. This site is to help communicate with those who care for Scott and to offer ways in which folks can help him on this journey. Thank you for your love and support.
