Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.

I felt a lump when I was about to get into the shower. It was hard and round and I had never felt anything like it before. I felt it again in the shower. I thought it might have gone by then. It was still there. I made a doctors appointment as soon as I got out. I messaged Matt to say something along the lines of ‘hey baby, don’t freak out buuuut... I found a lump. I’ve made a doctors appointment. I’m sure it’s nothing’.

Well... as we know, it wasn’t just ‘nothing’. I was diagnosed with stage 3 Invasive Ductal Carcinoma (IDC) triple negative breast cancer on the 25th of June - 1 day after returning to work after having Daisy. Since then it has been a whirlwind of appointments, tears, tests and needles. I don’t think that we’ve cried more in our lives until now.

I would like to share my health updates and wins on here for friends and family.

Love Sarah x
