Sarah is a beautiful 14 year old young woman. She has a very rare disease called Shwachman-Diamond Syndrome (www.shwachman-diamond.org) She is awaiting a bone marrow transplant at Boston Children's Hospital under the care of Dr. Akiko Shimamura and many other amazing doctors/nurses
