Welcome to our CaringBridge website for Sandy Henry. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.


As some of you may know, Sandy was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer on December 4th.  The cancer is progressing faster than anticipated, so Sandy has opted to forgo chemotherapy and spend her remaining time with family and friends.


Many have reached out to ask how to help.  A few ideas are:


1. PRAYER - we believe in the power of prayer and ask that you pray for a miracle, comfort, courage, whatever is on your heart.  Prayers mean so much to Sandy and her family and we appreciate those of you who have walked with us so far.


2. CARDS - Sandy loves cards of encouragement, scripture, funny thoughts, whatever you feel comfortable sending.  


3.  VISITS - Afternoons are usually the best time to visit, so feel free to call at the number below to make sure Sandy is up for a visit.


4.  GIFT CARDS - in lieu of meals, the family is asking for restaurant gift cards to local eateries.  Sandy's appetite changes daily and she has some dietary restrictions.  Gift cards will give her an opportunity to get out when she can each day and try some different things.  A few of her favorite restaurants are Chili's, Applebee's, Olive Garden, White Rhino, Tomato's, Panera, Cotton Patch, Chick-fil-A, Macaroni Grill, Kim & Jenny's.  Please no cards for Mexican food or sushi.


We will try to post updates throughout the week to let you know how Sandy is doing.  Thank you all so much for all your love and encouragement.
