What started out as a head cold at the beginning of the year would simply change the outlook of a daily routine and moment for Sandie. She battled a bad head cold and returned to work on Friday, January 13. At the time, she was feeling better but just had the congestion part of the cold and wanted to keep the money rolling in for expenses. Sandie was at work for a few hours and was having trouble breathing and felt completely run down. The next thing she remembers is her coworkers calling 911 and being admitted to a hospital. After her stay, she continued different tests including a bone marrow biopsy.
Sandie was diagnosed with a rare form of Leukemia called 'hairy cell'. She had just started a new job and all of her benefits have not kicked in (she has no short term or long term disability) and she won't be getting paid while she has to take off work for treatment. Please help us by donating to help Sandie with her upcoming medical expenses and living expenses. Any amount helps and will greatly appreciated. You can go to her Gofundme page also and make a donation. https://www.gofundme.com/SandieBgetwell
