Samuel Hendrickson

On Friday May 13th, Sam was involved in a shooting incident in Tempe AZ. Someone shot him 10 to 15 times with an AR15 rifle. He was able to return fire, one person died and another besides Sam is in critical condition. Sam was rushed to a trauma center and was immediately sent surgery where he was worked on and died twice on the operating table. Currently he is still on life support, but is responding to commands when the medical staff brings him out of a medically induced coma for testing. His vital signs and blood labs have been very good so far.
