As Sam's father I just wanted to say a couple of words real quick about why we decided to put this out to you all. The main reason for this is a response to the overwhelming love, support, and prayers we have received from almost everyone we know...and then some. Literally, people across the US (some of whom I have no idea who they are) are praying for and thinking about Sam. We have no words to describe the outpouring of love and selflessness that we have seen just in the last two or three days. So that brings me to the other reason why we decided to do this. This is the easiest way to say THANK YOU to ALL of you at once!! And this is not even sufficient enough....I cannot thank everyone enough for all you have done.
