Sally Barcus

In April, Sally was diagnosed with Stage 3 peritoneal cancer.  Her treatment plan consists of three rounds of chemo to initially shrink the tumors, surgery to remove all visible tumors and then three more rounds of chemo to knock out any remaining tumors.  So far, she has been a rock star!  Her first three rounds of chemo are complete, her latest CT scan shows significant improvement and her CA-125 tumor marker levels have dropped.  All great news indicating a good prognosis!  And she looks fabulous in her new wig :) Sally's surgery is scheduled for Thursday, July 14. Her family will post updates here throughout the day.
