Hello I’m Ryder and I’m having a selective dorsal rhizotomy..I have cerebral palsy in my lower extremities..I use a walker and my AFOs to help me walk..I like to walk on my tippy toes and scissor walk also!! I’m hoping this surgery will take this all away for me!!


Well it is 3 years later and we are getting ready for our next surgery!!! Boy my mom is scared!!! But that’s my mom…haha I’m writing this tooooo🙃
We are having our hips, tendon and muscle lengthening and arches but in my beautiful little feet!!! Hoping this will help me not drag my foot anymore and hopefully to walk more flat footed.. date for surgery is November 18 but have testing on the 16 so headed to cities soon and moms watching the weather!!! Ugh I hate snow… will update more soon
