I will be going out of work on December 19th to prepare for arthroscopic surgery on my knee. I will be out a minimum of three to four weeks depending on my recovery speed. I will be out of work for at least that long. I will only be making 70% of my normal pay and we are struggling as it is. Any donations or help would be greatly appreciated .
