On Tuesday, February 7, I woke up with a purple right hand (skol Vikings!), and swollen arm. Urgent care ultrasound revealed blood clots in right shoulder/neck area, along with arm. Admitted to Methodist Hospital, and will have thrombolysis procedure Wednesday, February 8, to remove the clots. While alarming, I welcome the diagnosis as a possible explanation for the extreme fatigue I have been experiencing of late. God is good.
