Ron's diagnosis of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) came on September 20, 2017.  He hadn't noticed any symptoms, until his body was in significant amounts of pain from several of his organs becoming enlarged.  Ron entered the hospital on Saturday September 16, and received the confirmation of a leukemia diagnosis on the following Tuesday. There will be six-months of chemotherapy, a bone marrow transplant, and 18-months of maintenance therapies.  This is the start of a long journey, but one he, Deeann, and his family are ready to embark on.
