1. University of Nebraska Foundation: will establish a fund of some kind in order to honor Dr. David Swanson
2. Union Bank — have been established to give monetary support to the family.
The University of Nebraska Foundation has created the “Dr. David Swanson Memorial Fund”. This fund is available online (

Union Bank and Trust has set up a fund to collect donations on behalf of the family. Abigail is employed as a teller with Union Bank. Donations are being accepted at any Union Bank branch, including the one in the Nebraska Union.
