Welcome to our CaringBridge site. It has been created to keep friends and family updated about dad. "My Story" is the introduction to our CaringBridge site.




It's been a bumpy ride for dad and mom the last few months...diabetic issues, a broken rib, unbearable back pain, difficulty walking, an evacuation due to wildfires. We didn't know it at the time, but that was only the beginning! Our folks did thankfully have a home to return to...but not long after, the even more challenging part began. A cancer diagnosis, heart attack, kidney failure and other breathing problems are key health issues right now.

Mom is holding up, but it's tough to keep up with the mail, phone calls, domestic duties and her new responsibilities she's taken over for Dad during his illness. Thankfully, she's got what it takes and is adapting.
