Well hello there. If you are visiting this site, then somewhere along life’s journey our paths have crossed and you are curious how I am doing with my journey through kicking cancer’s ass.
I intend to use this site to make it easier to update the many people who I know care about me.
In brief, I have cancer. Ok, too brief. Earlier this year I was diagnosed with an aggressive tumor in my left quadriceps muscle. This type of cancer is called a sarcoma which is a cancer in soft tissue. At the tome of the diagnosis it was 22mm and wrapped 270 degrees around my femur. I will leave those basic facts there and get into more detail in som journal entries.
So I thank you in advance for checking in and reaching out. If there is one thing I have learned so far it is that staying positive is one of the best ways to defeat this thing.
