Rosalind Cook Foley was born in Buffalo, Oklahoma and tells people she was educated in nine states and countless public libraries.
She is the mother of 15 children- Barbara Cooke, Pam Gaudin, Danny, Mark, Paul, Rachel Miller, Matt, Laura Brumfield, Ellen Wright, Tina Wicker, Pete, Andrew,
Zita Guidry, Tom, and Clare LaMott.

Do not look forward in fear to the changes and chances of this life;
rather look to them with full confidence as they arise.
God, whose very own you are, will lead you safely through them.
God has guided thus far in life.
Only hold fast to his dear hand and God will lead you safely through all things;
and when you cannot stand, God will bear you in his arms.
Do not fear what may happen tomorrow;
the same everlasting Father who cares for you today will take care of you tomorrow and every day.
God will either shield you from suffering, or will give you unfailing strength to bear it.
Be at peace, then, and put aside all anxious thoughts and imaginations.
