Hello Friends and Family:
Roburt A. Dumas, Sr., called Bob by those who loved him, passed away on Friday, September 8, 2017 at the age of 87.  As many of you know, he has had a year and a half of ups and downs, in and out of the hospital and rehab.  We tried to do our best for him and give him the best care while respecting his wishes. Last week we notified some people of his rapid decline and thought he perhaps would make it through the hurricane. Unfortunately, he passed away in Jacksonville where he had been transferred to be protected during the hurricane.  He was calm and peaceful and we are thankful that he had a full life and we were able to be a small part of it.  We thank you all for you kind words, support, prayers and love during this hard time.  We will keep people updated as to how we will choose to honor his memory.  He is truly missed and survived by his girlfriend Emma; his brother, Don, and sister, Jeanne; 3 of his sons, Emile, Antoine and Etienne; his 6 grandchildren, Monique, Antonia, Lauren, Janay, Ajahlia and Etienne; and his 2 great-grandchildren, Kenneth and Kaleb.
We ask for the time being that messages to Emma and the family be directed through this website or to his granddaughter Antonia (email: antonia.dumas@hotmail.com; phone: (484)300-5108).

Love, The Dumas Family
