Rob had a really bad headache, went to the doctor and discovered he had a tumor on his brain at the base of his skull (behind his left ear).  The doctors think it is likely to be a vestibular schwannoma tumor and benign, however, until they do the surgery, they don't know 100%.  Because of the size of the tumor, surgery was the best option.  He is scheduled for an 8-10 hour brain surgery at the Cleveland Clinic on Thursday, May 18, 2017.  We have created this website to keep everyone informed of the surgery updates and after the surgery.   We will update this site's WAYS TO HELP section (visitation, meals, etc), once we have more info on his recovery.
