Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We apologize for not sharing Pat’s story sooner, but this just hit us out of the blue. Pat was diagnosed with Stage IV Lung Cancer, small cell carcinoma in July. Cancer was detected in the lungs, lympnodes, liver, and colon. Pat will have chemo 3 days in a row, every 3 weeks. As of today, she is starting her second round of chemo. Pat is struggling with walking and breathing and has been chilling on her recliner when not in treatments. Her goals are to increase her walking so that she can regain her strength. As her journey continues, I will do my best to keep everyone updated through this website (this is Kelly by the way).
