Ride along with us on Riley's medical journey! On 2-4-21 Riley had a seizure for the first time in her life at the age of 17. Riley has been prescribed lots of anti-epileptic meds(none helped slow or stop the seizures, they only made her worse), has seen multiple neurologist, 1 Head CT, 1 Brain MRI, and 4 EEGs/vEEGs, psychological therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Psychical Therapy. So far no treatment has shown to be effective for her. She has been diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder. Ride with us on this journey while we climb this medical mountain in order to provide a less restrictive future for our fighter that's full of hopes and dreams!!!
