On January 17 I was diagnosed with Pancreatic Neuro Endocrine Tumor cancer (PNET). My life turned upside down. Since then it has been a roller-coaster ride for me, my wife and all of my family. We started with one medical oncologist for care, then eventually found a highly regarded specialist in my unique and rare cancer, and we feel that we are now getting the best, most qualified care possible. In short, my cancer started in my pancreas, then spread to my liver, and lymph nodes and is wide spread and aggressive in those areas.
