a brief medical history: "I was diagnoised with Chrohn's in 1981. I've had many resections surgeries, the latest resection was in 2010. 11 feet of intestines were removed in total after all the surgeries. I then started having back trouble with slipped discs and nerve pain (neuropothy) and numbness in both legs below the knee in 2010.
In 2016, I was starting to experience noticeable vision problems. My vision was getting dark. It has progressively gotten worse. I can't see the buttons on the microwave or in an elevator. My surroundings are extremely dark.
My last long stretch in the hospital during Dec 2017-Jan 2018, I was suffering from double pneumonia (3 cases in the last 3 years). While in the hospital, I developed edema and they found problems with my kidneys. Since getting out of the hospital in January, I have not been able to recover. I cannot walk on my own without my cane or walker."
