I am beginning this site since there are so many people that ask how Richard is doing. He is on a walker  100% of the time, cannot speak and is very slow to move around. He stays at home most of the time since it is so difficult for him to get around. Eating is difficult and takes a long time. He still has his sense of humor and reads a lot; Facebook, the internet, etc. Falling is a issue and most recently he has been complaining of neck and back pain.  Although Richard is a cancer survivor twice, the treatments have taken its toll. The radiation affected his nerves and that is why he is having such a difficult time. 
And I am having a very hard time with this site, so you might be seeing this entry more that once, for that I am sorry.
Please pray for Richard and if you have time drop him a note, I know he would be delighted.
