My name is Renee Martin and I have a lot of healthconditions that are getting worse so decided to start this page for a few reasons. #1 - to make updating everyone easier.  #2 - part journaling  and part learning about the conditions. #3 - someplace to write when I get overwhelmed by my conditions.  I was in the ER again 2 weeks ago for my heart again, very scary.  My list of conditions are: Asthma, Diabetes Type 2, GERD, Barrett’s esophagus, paroxsymal atrial fibrillation, fibromyalgia, psoriatic arthritis, systemic lupus erythematous, dilated aortic valve, primary biliary cirrhosis, TMJ, migraines, plantar fasciitis, mortons nueromas, plantar spurs, achilles spurs, tailors bunions, sleep apnea, osteoarthritis, restless leg syndrome, insomnia, ADD, osteopenia, vitreous syneresis
