Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends up to date in one convenient place. We will continue to add Journal entries, photos in the Gallery, and requests for scheduled help in the Planner (under Ways to Help section.) We will respond to private messages as we can, but this is the easiest way for us to tell everyone everything, as it can get difficult to remember who knows what. Also, feel free to share the link to this webpage with anyone who is interested.
Most of you are aware that I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015 and you have been encouraging our family through this stormy season ever since. We are amazed at all the wonderful ways God shows us His love through each of you! We could never thank you all enough for the countless acts of service and kindness, but we are confident that you are aware of our hearts toward you. Know that we are here for you as well, so share prayer requests and praise reports to keep us connected.
The time of prayer under the gazebo this morning was especially meaningful and gave us much hope. Please partner with us as we continue to pray, "Heavenly Father, thank you for loving us. We ask that You would heal my body from cancer. We ask that You would protect our minds from negative thoughts and lies of the enemy. We ask that You would provide resources for treatment and healthier lifestyle. We ask that You would bless our family and friends. We ask that You would direct our path and give us wisdom to navigate these next steps. Be magnified and glorified in all we say and do. Help us all to draw nearer to You for peace and comfort. Give us confidence to boldly claim in the name of Jesus, victory over cancer!" (and all the people said "Amen!")
