On Thursday February 4, 2016, Renee was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. Acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) is a cancer of the blood and bone marrow — the spongy tissue inside bones where blood cells are made. She will be in Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids for the next six weeks treating the AML. She will be doing chemo therapy to put the Leukiemia into remission. If there is a "good" kind of kind Leukiemia this is it. Please send your prayers and good vibes to Renee, Tim and Elizabeth while they fight this disease.
