I have Breast cancer. Its stage 2(A) with metastatic carcinoma in the axillary (armpit). I have a preliminary treatment plan. Either chemo in the next week and then mastectomy in 2 months, or mastectomy in 2 weeks with lumpectomy followed by chemo. It’s an estrogen & progesterone positive cancer and HER2 negative.  So I have to take meds to shut those down for a few years. I have referrals to: oncologist, OB/GYN, plastic surgeon, geneticist... Highly treatable with high survival rates, but gotta start fighting!
