i remember the day I found out I was pregnant with you!! We were so excited to be adding another little addition to our family! I was sick a lot but that was okay, at 18weeks we decided to get an ultrasound to find out the sex, it was at that ultrasound that they had told me something didn't look right to them. To me you were perfect! Over the next 6 weeks we would have ultrasounds weekly, and that I would start seeing a specialist. I put my faith in the lord at this point that he would give me a strong little boy! Over the next few weeks we ran test after test to try and see what was going on. Tests all came back good, you were growing slowly at your own speed. Ultrasounds would look excellent, then they would show some sign of worry. Four weeks into weekly ultrasounds I got admitted to the hospital for low fluids and IUGR to be constantly monitored knowing you would be a little peanut when you decided to make your arrival. We spent 4 nights in the hospital being monitored till the big day came. The day you needed to come into this world. Tuesday morning we started prepping, knowing I would get to meet you! They monitored you closely till it was delivery time. Prepped me for a C-section at 27weeks 2days. 12:21pm May 9th you made your arrival, kicking, taking in breathes, and they even heard you make a little cry. Weighing in at 13oz you were the most beautiful sight to see when I was able to see you and you peeked your little eyes open at me. With a successful breathing tube in place we were ready to begin our growth journey together, so that one day in the near future you will be ready to come home!
