Hello. February 22, 2018 started out like any other day. Randy got up 3:15 am and got dressed and grabbed his lunch box and out the door to work by 3:40 to JBS Swift, (A Hog Slaughtering Plant). The job went the same routine as any other day until between 10:30 and 11: am. This is when Randy became a little dizzy and shaking more violently while running the scribber saw that cuts out the back bone out of the pig. At this point, Employees beside him shut the line off and got the saw away from him and got him to Health Services. Randy's blood pressure was elevated. They called me (Carla, his wife) to come and take him home to rest. I got there and chose to take him to go to the ER instead. This is where our whole world turned upside down and our life changed.....
