After suffering from arthritis for over a year, Rand's pain had increased. He  decided to return to the doctor on November 1, 2017. An x-ray followed, this led to many others scans and tests.  Then, a referral to an Osteo-oncologist. On December 6, our beloved husband and father was officially diagnosed with a rare bone cancer, Osteosarcoma.
