Rachel Schoonmaker

Rachel was critically injured during our recent trip to Mexico and we life flighted back to Cleveland on Sunday, September 17, 2017.  She broke her C5 vertebrae and was paralyzed from the neck down.  She has had multiple, extensive surgeries and has regained some limited movement and feeling in her arms and and abdomen, but nothing below the waist.  


I know that Rachel's health, positive spirit, high energy, and strong fight will get her better soon.  I know her main goal is to fight to get back home to Nolan and I soon!


I would like to thank everyone for the extensive outpouring of support and prayers.  I know that's because she has a lot of people who love her dearly.  She's always been someone who people love and enjoy her personable and caring spirit!


Thanks again and please keep her in your thoughts and prayers daily.  I know God will heal her!
