I'm a 27 year old wife and mother. I was diagnosed with stage 2 papillary thyroid cancer in September of 2013. I was 24 years old. I had a total thyroidectomy and a radical right neck dissection in September of 2013, followed by radioactive iodine treatment in December. I then had a central neck dissection in June of 2014. I had a mullerectomy done on my right eye in March of 2015 to correct drooping from nerve damage from that first surgery (Horner's syndrome). I had a 3rd neck dissection in November of 2016. This journal is meant to share my story with those that love and pray for me.
