God has had his hand through it all and has been able to show us he is here with us in many ways. About a month before we got married Preston was diagnosed with Testicular Cancer. It was a shock to us but the doctor's were incredible and God showed us the way and he was able to get treated quickly. We went on to move to Cleveland Ohio so he could follow his dreams to become a doctor (and he has done a dang good job at it). It has been a fun ride with a lot of crazy memories with some incredible friends. He’s in his 4th year of school and close to graduating and moving onto residency! Unfortunately about 2 months ago Preston started to feel some pain in his lower back that wouldn’t go away. After some more work up, it was clear to the doctors that his cancer had returned and metastasized to his lower back pain. We are putting on our armor and we are ready to fight this nasty disease. No matter the road, we know that God is in control and has a plan. We pray that throughout this tough time there will be something positive that comes out of it.
