Gianna was diagnosed with a very rare form of leukemia in our hometown of Clearwater, FL at 8 weeks old. We were flown to St. Judes on December 9, 2016 to begin a very intense battle for her life. Her diagnosis is Gamma Delta T cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia aka ALL. We have spent 5 months in PICU while she battles severe pulmonary hypertension which was brought on from unmanageable blood pressures as a result from the multiple high dose chemotherapys that she recieved. Her cancer is still present and she has yet to reach remission however we remain hopeful that she will be able to be cured.
